Services. We provide a range of digital services, including but not limited to, dashboard tools, Software as a Service (SaaS), social media automations, and photography services.

Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

All sales are final, and refunds will only be issued at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property. All content, including photographs and digital assets, created by ReinoMedia remains our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our content for the purpose specified in the respective service agreement.
Liabilities and Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReinoMedia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with our services.
In no event shall ReinoMedia be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America located in Colorado Springs, CO. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of United States of America located in Colorado Springs, CO.
Amendments. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications will be deemed acceptance of the modified Terms.
